The Hegels (Private) Limited (“The Hegels”, “we”) operates thehegels.com from Capital Enclave, Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your choices. Questions can be sent to info@thehegels.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
- Programme registrations: the information you enter in our registration forms, such as the Research Clinic form. These forms are hosted by Google Forms, so Google also processes that information under its own privacy policy.
- Blog comments: your name, email address and comment, and the technical data WordPress records with comments.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to enquiries, assess and administer applications to our programmes, send information you have asked for, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and embedded content
The website uses essential cookies needed for it to work. Pages also embed content from YouTube and Google Maps; these services may set their own cookies and collect data when you view or interact with the embedded content, under their own privacy policies.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our programmes (such as our web host, form and email providers), and where the law requires it. Some of these providers may store data outside Pakistan.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, normally no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or you are enrolled in one of our programmes.
Your choices
You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@thehegels.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
